Daniel A. Habtemariam, MPH

Data Scientist II

Daniel trained in Public Health Studies (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research, his primary responsibilities concern the design and maintenance of database management systems, statistical analysis, and collaborating on the development of reports and manuscripts related to the study of aging and age-related disorders.  At present he collaborates primarily with investigators on studies of mobility and falls in the elderly, clinical trials focused on end-of-life issues, studies on chronic pain and its long-term sequelae, and novel methods for integrating data sources and improving data systems for use in clinical research.
